Deine Aufgaben

Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung unserer branchenspezifischen Softwarelösungen im Hosting-Umfeld
Administration und Pflege von Oracle-Datenbanken, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) und RDS-Instanzen
Sicherstellung eines stabilen und leistungsfähigen Applikationsbetriebs
Betreuung von Windows-Servern (Patching, Hardening, Housekeeping)
Monitoring und Betrieb von Cloud-Services in AWS und Azure
Skripting und Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen
Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Managed Services und der Integration neuer Technologien
Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Consulting und anderen internen Teams
Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Prozessbeschreibungen

Deine Skills

Fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von Oracle-Datenbanken
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Oracle OCI, RDS, Windows und Linux
Kenntnisse in Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure) und Netzwerktechnologien (Routing, Switching, VPN etc.)
Erfahrung mit hochverfügbaren Applikationen inkl. Monitoring- und Alerting-Tools
Routine im Programmieren und Scripten für Prozessautomatisierungen
Eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamspirit
Proaktive, kreative Herangehensweise an neue Aufgaben und Ideen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We're looking for an experienced Senior Application Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to help manage and continuously improve the performance and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Tasks

Operate, maintain, and optimize our industry-specific applications in a hosting environment
Administer and manage Oracle databases, OCI and RDS instances
Ensure stable and high-performing application operations
Maintain services on Windows servers (patching, hardening, housekeeping)
Manage and monitor applications in AWS and Azure cloud environments
Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our managed services
Collaborate closely with development, consulting, and internal departments
Create documentation and process descriptions

Required Skills

Proven experience with Oracle database administration
Strong technical expertise in Oracle OCI, RDS, Windows, and Linux
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
Understanding of networking technologies (routing, switching, VPN, etc.)
Experience in managing high-availability applications with monitoring and alerting tools
Skilled in scripting and programming for process automation
Independent, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
Creative and proactive in driving improvements
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
